Labor Law and Platform Workers: An Empirical Evaluation in the Digital Economy Sector

Abstract

This study examines Labor Law and Platform Workers in the Digital Economy Sector through An Empirical Evaluation. Data were collected from primary and secondary sources and analyzed systematically. The results show significant opportunities for improvement as well as implementation challenges that need to be anticipated. The findings offer practical recommendations for practitioners and researchers in law and public policy.
