Environmental and Spatial Planning Law: A Systematic Literature Review from an ASEAN Comparative Perspective

Abstract

This study examines Environmental and Spatial Planning Law from an ASEAN Comparative Perspective through A Systematic Literature Review. Data were collected from primary and secondary sources and analyzed systematically. The results show significant opportunities for improvement as well as implementation challenges that need to be anticipated. The findings offer practical recommendations for practitioners and researchers in law and public policy.
