Labor Law and Platform Workers: A Systematic Literature Review in Local Governments

Abstract

This study examines Labor Law and Platform Workers in Local Governments through A Systematic Literature Review. Data were collected from primary and secondary sources and analyzed systematically. The results show significant opportunities for improvement as well as implementation challenges that need to be anticipated. The findings offer practical recommendations for practitioners and researchers in law and public policy.
