Social Engineering and Phishing: A Systematic Literature Review in Small and Medium Enterprises

Abstract

This study examines Social Engineering and Phishing in Small and Medium Enterprises through A Systematic Literature Review. Data were collected from primary and secondary sources and analyzed systematically. The results show significant opportunities for improvement as well as implementation challenges that need to be anticipated. The findings offer practical recommendations for practitioners and researchers in cyber security and information privacy.
